Are you undergoing In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) or Egg Freezing? This is not for the faint of heart.

For medical reasons, I went through three rounds of elective egg freezing, and I know firsthand how physically demanding, emotionally disorienting, and deeply overwhelming this process is.

The injections, the waiting, the hormonal shifts, the constant uncertainty… it is so.damn.much.

You may feel like you are a cow on an assembly line being milked. You are not. You are a human being who deserves to be treated as such.

it’s a lot to carry. And too often, our medical system focuses on the clinical milestones while leaving the human experience incredibly under-supported. You deserve support. This is where I come in.

I offer grounded, compassionate support for people moving through IVF or egg freezing. I care about supporting your whole self, not just your cycle outcomes. Together, we create space for what’s coming up: all the anxiety, the hope, the grief, and everything in between. I help you stay connected to your body through the intensity, with tools like gentle breathwork, restorative practices, nervous system regulation and all the information you will need. If you need me to, I’ll also do you injections! It would be an honor.
